I'm ct. houseelf is my occasionally-updated knitting journal, and I'm houseelf on Ravelry. I'm an undergrad IS major focusing on java and web applications, and as a non-traditional student I have to say that one of the things I like best about knitting is that the knitting circle at my LYS is made of women my own age.

I've been knitting since... hmm... 2005? I like knitting lace a lot, but overall my knitting interests run towards anything small and sturdy enough to handle being in a backpack. My family also sees me as a source of winterwear, so I've done a lot of scarves and hats, too.
